JIL 12 --------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1 of 2

What is the JIL12 Vision?
In a sentence, the JIL12 Vision is a biblical principle of church government and ministry of believers, where groups of men, women, couples and youth are prepared for ongoing soul-winning, discipleship, multiplication and leadership development.

What is the difference between the JIL12 Vision and Cell Groups?
Cell groups are gatherings of believers in small groups where the New Testament pattern of fellowship, worship, prayer and Christian community is experienced (Acts 2:42). The JIL12 Vision is not only a means of managing cells and its leaders but also a means of bringing in the harvest of souls, keeping the harvest, and sowing them back again for multiplication.

What are homogenous networks?
Homogenous networks are groups of believers within the JIL12 Vision who meet and are ministered to on the basis of gender. Numerous biblical principles show the importance of men ministering to men, of women ministering to women, of couples ministering to couples and of youth to youth. Thus, you have cell groups and groups of 12 where men meet with men only, where women meet with women only, etc., and, based on the needs in the local church, couples meet with couples as well. Yet even in a couples' cell, the male leader will minister to the men.Another level of ministry is the use of "nets". Just as fish are brought into a net, believers are also gathered and encouraged to win the lost via the "nets". There are men's "nets", women's "nets", and so forth. The purpose of the "nets" are both 'varied' and 'creative' based on the frequency, meeting location, and size of gathering - but always with the intention of bringing in the lost and gathering in a homogenous setting. Net meetings may be monthly, quarterly and semi-annually.
